Sister went on a journey. LasVegas was the location of the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s 34th National Conference and Exhibition. So much to see! So much to learn! Over 17,000 attendees gathered in Las Vegas to lunch and learn.
Sister attended sessions for three glorious days. Learning what the big wigs say is true. Research, graphs, lines, numbers showing us new things about strength and conditioning.
